Can you check your available disk space? iPodder tries not
to overrun your disk by refusing to download when the disk
space falls below a configurable limit. The default is 1GB,
modifiable under File -> Preferences. Look for "1024" in a
text entry field under "Location and storage management" on
the General tab.
Also, you might want to update to iPodder 2.1, which was
just released a few hours ago. iPodder 2.1 will display a
warning message when the disk space falls below the limit.

I have the same problem, - sometimes. In this moment a file
generated 3 days ago, is downloading to my homePC. Up till
now I have tried many times without any lock, every time
the "state" tells "Downloading", the "progress": "0,0%; 0,0
kB/s", but nothing happened.
I have been able to download the file to another PC at work,
so its there.
