#372 Off screen window placement after desktop spanning

After using screen spanning on OS X 10.4 and disconnecting the
second screen, its impossible, even after reboot to reposition the
main GUI window on the main screen. One can see the window by
bringing it in with Exposé but its impossible to drag it to the main
screen.

fast fix would be to set the value window_dimensions in ipodder.cfg back
to sane values ..
would need a screen dimensions check on startup .. python itself wouldnt
know about such things though wxpython does: .. wxGetDisplaySize()
