#369 Cleanup suggestions

Hi All,

Kudos for all the great work!

A few suggestions regarding the 'cleanup' feature:

- a setting to automatically remove downloads from the download
folder when iTunes is set to copy files to its library -- I can't imagine
ever wanting to keep the orginal files.

- a 'cleanup all' feature -- there's no reason to have to go through
the individual subscriptions (I think this feature existed in the past
but it seems to have been cleaned up and gone away!)

Please consider a setting to automatically remove feeds after "x" days
and/or after they are marked as played in iTunes, both from itunes and
data directory.
