I'm brand new to iPodder and just downloaded 2.0 yesterday.
I'm getting a similar problem with very similar files:

I think it might have something to do with the directory
entry. When I use the directory, I get the following
subscription which fails:

http://www.walgran.com/aar-ms.xml

I found the following XML on http://www.airamericaplace.com
which I pasted into the Add field of the Podcast Directory
in my iPodder program:

http://podcastingcouch.com/air_america/podcast_feeds/Morning_Sedition.xml

This later link seemed to work. Check your subscription.
