#263 Clicking triangles doesnt expand directory nodes

On Mac OS X, when browsing the directory, clicking the
triangles does not expand the node. They rotate and point down but
dont open the node. It appears you have to click on the acutal folder
to get it to open.

Actually, this is only true the first time. It doesn't expand because the tree
is not downloaded yet. After clicking the folder title it will download that
node, then the disclosure triangle works as expected. I noticed the same
thing: I thought the triangle should cause the node to download too.
