#249 Mac OSX: Preference menu item is in the wrong place for Macs

In any native Mac OSX application, the preferences menu
appears in the application menu (i.e. the menu item
marked iPodder), and not the File menu.

The shortcut key for this should be Apple , (i.e. the
apple key and then the comma), which is another standard.

And ooh, I like my standards!

Andrew, can we set that for mac or is that hard because of XRC.
I tried to add the shortcut but it fails for windows, not a
legal shortcut or something like like. Will check it a bit more.

For you to know, we are busy with skinning and presetted
subscriptions. Maybe that would be great for later on, users
download the skinned version with the Virgin feeds allready
