#247 Load fails under Mac OS X

Roughly four out of five times approx attempting to load fails.
Console reports:

On the occasional successful load Console log reports:
[str_preferences_menubar] exsists hence ignored.
[str_scheduler_menubar] exsists hence ignored.
[str_menu_license] exsists hence ignored.
[str_preferences] exsists hence ignored.
don't have label [str_scheduler] for this language [ENGLISH]

Similar problem experienced under ver 1.1 but log messages not
interrogated.
