#208 Directory tab top-level expansion icons do nothing

The top-level plus signs that normally represent the
expansion method of a tree branch currently do nothing
at all on the Directories tab. In order to load the
2nd tier of branches (the children of any one top-level
branch) you must click on the folder or folder name.
Once that initial level is downloaded the rest of the
expand icons work as I assume they are intended to
(i.e. they expand that segment of the hierarchy). This
is competely repeatable and consistent.

running Beta2 for Windows.

I believe the above gives sufficient details to
reproduce. If not, please contact me. Also no
relevant log file information.
