[ipn-devel] Design Pages

Is anyone else having trouble getting to the design pages at
http://intentional.swiki.net/8?  I tried several times over the weekend to
access this site with no luck.  Today, I am not having much better luck. 

Can someone send me the latest page about the database design.  I know that
my printed page is out-of-date.
