I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a way to do it in IPMItool
just yet.  The likely reason is due to the fact ...

the ability to determine if a user was enabled/disabled was not
introduced until a relatively late IPMI 2.0 errata (2/15/06 according to
my printout).  Assuming you have an up to date firmware, I believe the
firmware on your Supermicro should have this ability.  The feature just
has to be added into Ipmitool.  I could do this if I get some spare time
or perhaps someone else on the list can go ahead and tackle it (it's
errata revision 3 dated 2/15/06, errata #E269).
