[Ipmitool-devel] get_lan_param() tweak

Hi all, long-time ipmitool user here, but rare poster.

I just grabbed ipmitool 1.8.2 and found that 'lan print' errors on a Dell 1425sc
(newer ia32e 1U machine).  I'm using it with the latest openipmi.sf.net drivers
with RHEL3.  The previous version I used was 1.6.0 which did not error.

It seems that it doesn't like getting the "BMC ARP Control" lan parameter.  I
don't know if that could be handled any better.  I don't really know much about
IPMI.

I've attached a patch to catch the particular error (0xcc) so that it can
continue, and also added the command name to any error messages so that users
don't have to dig through the code to figure out what went wrong.
