#403 add more __attribute__((unused)) in ipmi_sel.h

When including impi_sel.h, I get many warnings about unused variables. Looking into the file, I see that some definitions include attribute((unused)), others don't. This patch adds it to all definitions.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of https://sourceforge.net/p/ipmitool/bugs/355/. Also, warnings should be fixed(in this case unused/useless stuff removed) and not swept under the rug.
