#21 Activate payload with encryption - Activate Payload Command

While opening a session, using RMCP+ Open Session, it is negotiated for Authentication Type - NONE.
But while activating the SOL payload, using Activate Payload, tool is requesting to activate payload with encryption and authentication, which as per the IPMIv2.0 Errata3 specification(Sec24.1), cannot be done.

If the confidentiality Alporithm is none, the remote console should send activate payload command without Encryption activation.
