500 Internal Server Error

After complete the IPM installation, I run http://localhost/ipm/index.php and it's return 500 Internal Server Error. What should I do to fix this error?

  I have no idea. Please give me all the pertinent info on your server (what platform, versions of PHP,MySQL, Apache, IPM, etc...)
  
  It sounds like a configuration error somewhere on your server.

  I am getting the same error. I am using Nusphere version of MySQL, PHP and Apache running on WinNT (Service Pack 6).
