Firstly many thanks for this great app.

Upgraded to 0.25 on Ubuntu and iplist now fails to start. Any pertinent advice would be appreciated.

Debug info:
$ DEBUG=1 sudo ipblock -sl
touch: missing file operand
Try `touch --help' for more information.
ipblock[29090]: error: failed to start, cleaning up
$

OS info:
$ oslevel
Linux Arnold 2.6.27-11-generic #1 SMP Thu Jan 29 19:28:32 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu 8.10 \n \l
$

  Looks like you're using an old configuration file. Replacing it with the new one should fix it:
  
  sudo cp /usr/share/doc/iplist/examples/ipblock.conf /etc
