A few path the improve CSV support...

ip219_1_bounceback_cvs-1.diff : Add CSV support for BounceBack, and add BounceBack support for CSV.
ip219_2_csv_common-1.diff : Simple CSV code cleanup.
ip219_3_csv_headers-1.diff : Add headers for enhanced CSV. This allow to disambiguate the various CSV types. Currently you can distinguish them by the number of field, but it's brittle. This also allow to create smart parsers than can adapt to CSV changes. This future proof the CSV.
ip219_4_csv_intervals-1.diff : Use a coma in interval instead of a dash. This simplify parsing, and allow easier import in libreoffice calc. Only for enhanced CSV because this breaks backward compatibility.

Hi,
I pulled the latest code, check the diff, compiled, and ran a few simple tests. It seems to work properly. I'll probably perform more tests during the week.
