#248 --histograms is showed on different modes

In the docs:
https://iperf2.sourceforge.io/iperf-manpage.html
the --histograms is showed on both SERVER SPECIFIC OPTIONS and CLIENT SPECIFIC OPTIONS.

But running on 2.1.9:
iperf --help
the --histograms only appears in the "Server specific:"

So, is the --histograms a SERVER/CLIENT (like the docs says) or a SERVER only option (like the help says)?

It's supported on the server with --tcp-write-times only. I'll update the help text
