Add support into the flows code for using NTP. Current support is only for PTP. There are many cases when NTP should be sufficient.

Does this mean the frame latency can now be measured using NTP sync along with PTP sync ? If so, what level of accuracy can be expected ? And is this available in the latest release ?

  I really can't speak to the level of accuracy. The idea is to issue an ntpdate -b ahead of the start of traffic. It's not coded yet.
