As I look at the "Files" section, 2.0.13 is the latest release. There are a lot of newer files, but they all have alpha o r rc-ish names.

Yeah, we want to release a 2.1.x soon. The 2-1-0-rc2 has the most testing but also has bugs. 2-1-1-dev is probably what we'll release once some final features are completed and we have a full testing cycle. We've stopped committing to 2-1-0-rc2 because it's widely in use in our test rigs. So it's "good enough" but not really something we want as the next major release which will replace 2.0.13
