I've been using iperf to test connections between various machines in a number of different clusters we maintain. I'd like to do something like this in a regularly-scheduled, automated way. I can cook up a framework for bringing the servers up and down when necessary and the like, but I was wondering: are there any plans (or a hidden command-line option) to add more machine-friendly output for the client? The current output is parseable, but something comma-delimited (or, shudder, XML) would be nice for use in automated scripts. Thanks, and apologies if I just missed something obvious. (I did poke around a bit with Google, but didn't see anything that jumped out at me.) -- Phil Bordelon Systems Administrator Louisiana Optical Network Initiative Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE |
