I am using ipaudit-web since day one and find it by far the most useful and handy GPL IP accounting monitor tool that exists up today.

I am using it on a gentoo system that is updated on a weekly basis. The issue I am having is that SafeCat cgi script stopped working on December 31, 2009 at 23:30 hours. ipahttp cgi script works fine displaying latest statistics, but SafeCat script looks quite unhappy with year 2010.

I observed the error on my local ipaudit-web installation, and I coded up a replacement for SafeCAT. Please download it from this page
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2927586&group_id=18728&atid=118728
and tell me if it fixes your problem.

I've tested the new SafeCat and it works well on my system which is a gentoo-latest 32bit.
