#1 ReportLog fails to produce reports

(software versions : ipaudit-web-096b2+new version of
ReportLog)

The corrected version of Reportlog posted
11 april, starts with "die "Need arguments\n" unless
@ARGV>=5;" while runcron in the same directory calls Reportlog
with only three arguments.
I suppose runcron was not updated
to provide the two missing arguments ($COUNT
and^$PATTERN)
