#80 Windows XP is not supported

Hello!
I can not run IOMeter on Windows XP 32bit (tried version 1.1.0, both 32bit and 64bit) with "IOMeter.exe is not valid 32bit application" error. I have the same issue with dynamo.exe.
This was tested on 2 Windows XP machines.
Also tried with different compatibility options, but got no luck.
According to 1.1.0 docs IOMeter should run on Windows NT 4.0 and higher.

Confirmed problem with Windows XP. At time of release of 1.1.0, 2 Microsoft build environments were used, Visual Studio 9 (2008) and 11 (2012). VS9 was used for Itanium support only though I had also built the other architectures. The good news is that the 32bit version from VS9 works on WinXP. I am not sure why. I just uploaded that set of binaries as iometer-1.1.0-WinXP.i386-bin.zip.

Leaving bug as pending in order to identify if its an inherent VS limitation or simply a projects setting.
