There's a pretty specific error shown here -- configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH -- and if you look at the lines above, you can see what those `acceptable C compilers` might be -- checking for gcc... no checking for cc... no checking for cc... no checking for cl... no The solution is to find which (if any) of these are available on your machine, make sure your user has permissions on them, and add their directory/ies to your active $PATH environment variable.
