[Iodbc-macosx] compiling iodbcdemo.app in xcode

Hi!

I am experimenting with ODBC on OS-X and decided to find out if my installation is correct and perhaps use it as a starting point for my investigations. So I used copied the source in the iodbc-sdk-3.52.7-macosx-10.5.dmg package, imported the project into xcode and tried compiling. I received an error - 

error: There is no SDK with the name or path '$IODBC_SDK'

I tried looking for a reference to that symbol within the source code but did not find it. Where is this defined and what should the correct path be? I am using the OS-X installer package from iODBC.org as above. Should I have compiled from source rather than use the prepackaged one to ensure everything is installed in the correct places?
