#16 Notes field

I think a generic "Notes" field would be handy to have
for most items, specially for the Computers. I would
like to include the Dell Service Tag and the Express
Service Code, but putting them both on the serial
number line is too combersum. It would also be handy
for printers to indicate a network IP, or a share name.
