Dear all, I have started to put the specs for the new api of the introspector onto a public place https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=browse&group_id=19878&atid=369878 Here you will see the following This is an older file, was stored in the API.txt in cvs. https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=667654&group_id=19878&atid=369878 It talkes about a basic set of functions for the introspector nodes, the idea of a context. A context being the area where an object lives, its containing structure or environment. Futhermore, it talks about subjects, functions(predicates) and object. Each of these are similar to the redland, but impose the idea that each one will have a declaration and type. That means, we should be able to find the point of each object where it is declared, and what type it is. The trace and intercept are basic functionalities needed by the introspector. https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=667662&group_id=19878&atid=369878 This is the prototype for the collection of the function type , parameters type collection https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=667669&group_id=19878&atid=369878 This is the prototype for the collection of the fields of a record type ===== James Michael DuPont http://introspector.sourceforge.net/ __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
