[Introspector-developers] The start of the detailed specification phase

I have started to put the specs for the new api of the introspector 
onto a public place

It talkes about a basic set of functions for the introspector nodes,
the idea of a context. A context being the area where an object lives,
its containing structure or environment.

Futhermore, it talks about subjects, functions(predicates) and object.
Each of these are similar to the redland, but impose the idea that each
one will have a declaration and type. 

That means, we should be able to find the point of each object where it
is declared, and what type it is. 

The trace and intercept are basic functionalities needed by the
introspector.
