[Introspector-developers] CVS update

Dear all,
I have removed alot of dead wood and factored the 
testing code into the "t" subdir that is the perl standard.

use "cvs update -P -d" on a clean dir to get the latest version
next we will be splitting off the parts into separate packages
1. postgres database 
2. the code generators
3. the generated code.
