ok, you may have been thinking i am going off the deep end. well, i have caught myself. E-kyle and mario have talked me kindly back into reality. But, you might want to check out this : http://www.stratego-language.org/twiki/bin/view/Stratego So, major CVS update today. I got lincvs installed, it allows an easy way to delete directories. I have removed all the generated code from cvs. the cvsignore only keeps things from being added, if they are in the project, you have to remove them, and also it is best to do a clean checkout. Here is an overview of the directories and what will happen TO PUT INTO PROJECT SPECIFIC Directory all the code that is generated or used to generate will go into a project directory, sepearate from the core input - the input introspector - the output output/SQL - more output output/Java output/HTML GCC INTERFACE : c_files c_files/cp c_files/java PERL CODE : gcc - really old interface, will be replaced by rdf B - for perl code extraction (should not be used) Class - older meta-code for perl Introspector - newer stuff DATABASE CODE: - this needs to be put into its own project database output/SQL queries TESTS : - testing code, and tests needs to be consolidated bin TOOLS T TESTS TESTS/test_cpp TESTS/test_java tests tests/simple tests/xml TO LEAVE : DOCS TO REMOVE : -- older stuff not used XMLParser xsl REMOVED : -- directories not used in the core introspector/* output/SQL output/Java output/HTML mike ===== James Michael DuPont http://introspector.sourceforge.net/ __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
