[Introspector-developers] Deployment Diagram

Here is my first attempt at a Introspector deployment diagram.  Please
bear with me because I am just starting to understand Introspector.

Many of the existing entities should also be given their source code
names for easy reference.

Of course some excerpts for each of the components should follow.

This diagram is only meant for C, I still do not know the necessary
differences for other languages.
