WARNING this code is LARGELY UNTESTED.
It can be used to pick a subset of SNPs from UKBB binary intensity format and convert them into text format , or transpose them so you can look at then per SNP. It can also be used to convert UKBB binary intensity data to Evoker's .bnt binary intensity format.
