#1 Bad open interface when you try to change language to other

I have saw that when you try to change language of
GeoNetwork to other than en, intermap crash, make one
error in tomcat log file as:

<exception>
<message>resource not found</message>
<string>java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
resource not found</string>
<stack>java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
resource not found
at org.fao.geonet.services.Resources.get
(Resources.java:181)

However if you see html file return by service, appear 4
bad bytes and rest of correct content.

The language selection is disabled in the user interface for now. In version
2 GeoNetwork and Intermap will be independent of each other.
