Hi Kristian,
I created a new category so that if I pick up any
discrepancies in ENZYME.dat then you can fix them
either in IntEnz or ENZYME.dat.
First one is
EC 1.2.2.2
ENZYME.dat
CA Pyruvate + ferricytochrome b1 + H(2)O = CO(2) +
acetate +
CA ferrocytochrome b1.
enzyme_intenz.dat
CA Pyruvate + ferricytochromeb(1) + H(2)O = acetate +
CO(2) +
CA ferrocytochrome b(1).
I know about the error in ferricytochromeb(1)
but also the CO(2) and the acetate are swapped round
which will cause an error in comparison though its the
same?

Hi Paula,
There was an error in enzyme.dat
The correct is:
CA Pyruvate + ferricytochrome b1 + H(2)O = acetate + CO(2) +
CA ferrocytochrome b1.
I have tried to look at the entry ever since I got the
message with this error, but I get this message when I try
to go into amend mode:
The entry EC 1.2.2.2 is locked by another user.
Please try again later.

Hi K,
Sorry I must have accidentally gone into amend mode and
locked the enzyme. No two users can access the same enzyme
in amend mode at the same time. I've logged out and you
should be able to access it now. Let me know if you have any
problems.

Hi Paula,
It still gives the same error message.

Thats strange.
Even if I log out the tool does not cancel the lock. That is
a bug because it should really release the lock. I will add
this item to the bugs category. In the mean time I went into
amend mode and submitted it with no changes so now the lock
should be released.
Cheers,
