#2 Initials screen loads - cannot login

I have managed to get the the initial login screen to load. If I log in as testspeaker and click login the page just sits there and I cannot get beyond this. What can I do to troubleshoot my environment?

The same thing for me, I get the initial screen, I try to log in with "testspeaker" and I cannot get beyond this screen. Please can you help us ?

You need to ensure that the user you're trying to login is added to the session you're logging into. Visit http://yourserver/intelligere/cpanel to ensure users and sessions are linked and that the session is valid till the date on which you're trying to access. Once this is done, you'll find a 'hyperlink' icon on the right hand side of the 'Sessions' screen. This will give you the session ID. When you just visit http://yourserver/intelligere, you're taken to the 1st session by default.

Once you're in the right session (something like http://yourserver/intelligere/?ssid=2 or ssid=3 where the user is assigned to the session, you can try logging in and it should work.
