    Let me see if I can get you an earlier version of InstallBase.
Not for production but merely for curiosity.  I think the problem is
the in TclKit binaries.  If an earlier version (which used freewrap)
works properly on the platforms you're testing, I may have to switch
back and scrap the TclKit project. *sigh*

    I just don't have the time to work on InstallBase AND rewrite parts
of TclKit that don't work.
