Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not rare that your friend may bombard you with 20 reels in a row. This is a serious defence loophole and requires a military response so that you are protected from brainrot. We shall introduce automated armaments movement to secure the border and never let the reels infiltrate.

Reels manager interface to block brainrot such as auto replying and reacting to all these reels so you don't need to watch them.

just commenting here that with the WIP typescript client autoreplying/reacting to reels becomes technically feasible

Also with [#75] there might be space to summarize reels with LLMs so you don't need to watch them.
