#151 Various UX fixes before release

Summary

Minor updates to UI/UX before release:

• Use esc to quit both chat menu and thread menu
• Allow sending : with :: (escape character)
• Allow for # file path matching at start of message

Would it be better if we just check if the command is valid or not? if not send it as a text? using :: might be confusing since we might want to type like :), which obviously is not a valid command so we just send as text

Might be true but personally I think it would have bad UX if you make a typo and it got send as a normal message
