where you couldn't play a stream, then a local file... it was a stupid error, hopefully this will get me also listed on the winamp plugin directory...

I've found out that VC 6 dll's don't load on windows 95 stock machines, so I've rebuilt everything with Visual C++ 4.2, and it works! Also I built a package to install wininet.dll from Internet Explorer 3.0 for any modem users that simply don't want to download 5+MB to listen to a stream... but anyone that has installed IE 3.0+ won't need it, as it'll already be there.

I've updated the speex codec components with the latest version, and changed a few things to make it officially 0.76...

So far it's working well.
