#3 In the last invocations page show SQL with values

When a developer is using InfraRED to debug a problem
it would be nice to get a SQL that can be directly
executed against the database. The SQL captured when
prepared statements are used make it harder to do this.

It would be good to report SQL queries with actual
values in the last invocation tree (which is primarily
for developers), SQL logs etc.
