#1 smarter SQL truncation

The SQL queries displayed in the expensive queries /
most frequently executed queries section need to be
truncated in such a way that they retain more information.

Usually the select list of the sql is not very useul,
it is the from & the where clauses that are intersting.
It would be good to truncate the sql such that the
select caluse is removed. The popup that shows the SQL
should show the complete SQL.
