Annotation package is now on kernel package, however it is a development feature, so probably it must be outside kernel package.

i think that we can remove from kernel.
The programer can create an class and storage it without infraBIG kernel funconalities. Using an program.

May be we can create an program for annotation using infraBIG components, and this program can be generic to read annotations for any class, independent of language type.
