#29 Tab positioning error in limited width of TabWindow

Tab positioning error in limited width of TabWindow.
Reproducing:
1. Create the tab window with 3 or more tabs (I test with 3 tabs, named A - the first tab, B - the second, C - the third).
2. Select tab A.
3. Resize TabWindow to hide completelly tab C and major part of tab B (only very small part of tab B must stick out)
4. Click to sticking part of tab B to select it.

After that the tab B is selected and tab header will positioning wrong - it is completely non visible, only small part of it stick from left side.
