I know this program is dead, but just for the record, it's got a major memory leak. After a few days, it can use up a few hundred megabytes of RAM in its working set, but also over a gigabyte of commit. 🤦

It stores them in "%appdata%\InfoBar". It only writes the settings on exit instead...
