#15 Incompatibilities with MySQL 5.0

libmysql.dll reports a client/server version
incompatibility:

0 011 Connect 1250 Client does not support
authentication protocol requested by server; consider
upgrading MySQL client

When libmysql.dll is updated to the latest copy,
available in the 5.0 client package from mysql.com,
mysql.dll displays an error message that it is looking
for an older version of libmysql.dll. A version
compatible with MySQL 5.0 is greatly needed.
