#252 Need to set AL_OBJ_SUBTYPE_UM_EXPORT for AL objects

A new subtype for al_obj was defined:
AL_OBJ_SUBTYPE_UM_EXPORT. Currently, this is only
set for QPs, which needs to perform this check. For
maintenance and consistency reasons, it should be set
for all objects created in the kernel and exported to UM.
