#25 permissions error

I have datenator installed on Windows 2000 IIS 5
server. PHP is the latest version. MySQL 3.23.58

Everything seemed to be fine for the install. When I
login as the admin and select a + next to a time in
the day I wish to schedule - all I see is:

Datenator:: You don't have right permissions to access
this file.

Any resolve for this?

I forgot to mention I have v0.3.0 of datenator installed

After further review of the demo datenator, I can see that
my issue is - that I cannot get out of guest mode. Which
explains why it says I don't have permissions
