#21 Millitary time to AM/PM in 0.3.0

What changes and in which files do I need to make to
change my new 0.3.0 version of Datenator to get the
time to read AM/PM time instead of Military Time? I
made the change in the a_events.tml file in my 0.2.4
version, but that file doesn't show up in the 0.3.0 version
of Datenator.
Pleas help!

Since datenator 0.3.0 supports themes, template files are
located at "themes/themename/templates/"-folder.
