#19 Bi-weekly Repeat option does not work

When Bi-weekly (any frequency above 1) Repeat option is
set, Datenator always treats it as weekly.

Possible fix: change the functions.php, at line 1039 :
change
$cem=$cweek;
to
$cem=0;

The fix works for me.
