which input method/IME you are using? as for the font itself, that link is a very old one look for this if using ubuntu. https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/fonts-gargi or https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/fonts-deva-extra fonts-deva-extra should work on debian too. Similar package should be available for other distributions too, or else get ttf from tar.gz files from above and use it.
