For KDE related Hindi translation project we are already using a 
chatroom based on free and open source protocol called matrix, both the 
server and the client of this software are FOSS. The KDE project has 
adopted the matrix chat so it would be better to keep the KDE related 
discussion on the KDE server. 

This chat room can be bridged to telegram channel for those who do not 
wish to make account the matrix chat room.
